Tool manufacturing
Prototype tools and series tools for plastic injection molding: Rely on tool design based on many years of experience, including Moldflow analysis, and benefit from tool coordination in line with German quality standards. Our tools are designed according to your requirements. We plan and optimize the number of cavities, the integration of sliders, surface treatment, and process parameters according to the requirements of your product.
Component production
Our main activity is the manufacture of plastic parts, including the provision of granulate, colour matching, and component coordination in terms of fit and function, as well as printing, embossing, material pairing, and inserts.
We always provide you with the most suitable material: certified according to RoHS and REACH, tailored to the required component properties, and optionally available as a sustainable variant (recycling and alternative plastics).
Metal construction, electronics manufacturing (e.g., electronic circuit boards), and other production services are available upon request

We take care of supplier communication as well as the organization and provision of purchased components for you.
Of course, you will receive samples and data sheets as well as analysis and expert evaluations of the variants if required.

The child safety device for charging cables is a classic plastic injection molded part made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer), in which the injection molded parts have been coordinated so that the automatic closing function, locks, and movements on a slide rail function fully and ensure easy one-handed handling.
We naturally include the necessary component coordination. For this example product, our Indian manufacturing site not only handles toolmaking and injection molding of the components, but also procures additional components, performs assembly, and handles packaging.
